Unlike other studios who will allow you to book time and give you exactly what you want, we understand that many of those who contact us do not have the experience to understand what they need beyond their vision to produce content. So we will not just take your money and let you waste it. We take the time to understand what you want to do and then help guide you on the most cost effective way of doing it.

Below are the common categories that most inquiries fall under and the pricing that we normally charge. However, there are many factors that can affect those prices both higher and lower so it is best to reach out to us and explain to us what you want to do so you can get a more accurate quote. Nevertheless, these are pretty good ballpark prices.

IAOP                    IN AND OUT PROJECTS

If you are an individual who needs quick access for a simple in and out project where you need a convenient place to do a voice over or video,  or need access to our production room keyboards or software like our full Adobe Suite, or need to make a shirt for a promo, our starting price is $25 for a half hour plus material costs. If you come in during weekday hours between 10am and 1pm, overtime is billed at a lesser rate once approved and if we have nothing scheduled during that time. Text ahead foravailability.

COM                    COMMERCIAL/BUSINESS

Our pricing for commercial/business use of our facilities starts at $95 per hour for DYI studio use only or $160 per hour fully engineered. Negotiated contract pricing available at lower rates.

GOV                     GOVERNMENT

Our pricing for government use of our facilities starts at $95 per hour fully engineered. Negotiated contract pricing available at lower rates for government departments and educational institutions.

NFPCO                NOT FOR PROFIT/COMMUNITY ORGANIZATION/PUBLIC ACCESS PODCASTING

Our pricing for churches, community non-profit use, or general community access use of our facilities is a flat fee of $50 per month or $500 per year and includes 1 hour fully engineered use of any studio each month for organizational content or fundraising. *Subject to approval. This is similar to what used to be community access cable studio use, cannot be used for selling or for profit, and users must volunteer 1 hour for each discounted session, assisting with another community podcaster  session.

STED                    STUDENT/EDUCATOR

Our pricing for Individual Student/Educator use of our facilities is a DYI flat rate of $25 per month which allows a student or educator up to 60 minutes use of Studio 2 for voice/video recording or use of the Production Studio for editing and software access during weekday business hours. INFCC                INFLUENCER/CONTENT CREATOR

Our pricing for Influencer use of our facilities is a DYI flat rate of $50 per month which allows up to 30 minutes use Studio 2 for self-video recording and pictures once a week during weekday business hours or $100 a month for our Content After Dark program with a camera person provided. MEDP                  MEDIA PROFESSIONALS/ORGANIZATIONS

Journalists, established media staff or organizations, may request use of our facilities to allow reporters and or guests to remote into their audio or video broadcasts.   Our pricing for media use of our facilities starts at $150 per hour including logistics and testing. Negotiated contract pricing available at lower rates.

PIP                        PODCAST INCUBATION PROGRAM

For the sake of our studio reputation, we do not accept amateur podcasts unless they are first accepted to go through our PIP program or audition for our CCN Program. If you are an established professional podcaster, you must use or COM or MEDP options.

Our Podcast Incubation Program is an applicant only process and designed for NEW podcasters hoping to add their voice to the narrative of our time. As part of this program, you must schedule an interview upon which you should be prepared to enter the audio podcast studio with at least 3 podcast subject ideas to discuss. We will choose one of the three at random and use it to assess your current capabilities and potential. From there we may or may not invite you into the program.

If you are invited into the PIP program, you will be fully assisted in the development of your podcast at a significantly reduced rate. This development will include reviews and critiques, coaching on interviews, speech, critical thinking, fact checking, and learning how to edit your content.

All PIP participants start out in the audio studio only but may still use their camera phone to capture a video for posterity. Moving to a video studio use will be the decision of PIP instructors and will also require higher fees.

Rates for the PIP program are $200 per month for 1 podcast per week, $100 per month for 2 podcasts per month, or $50 per month for 1 podcast per month.

PIP podcasts are for 1 host only and 1 NEW guest interview (not a recurring guest cohost) and may not exceed 1 hour. If there is more than one host, that person must also be an approved paid member of the PIP program.

If we determine that you are ready to graduate from the PIP program, you may choose one of two options:

• Move to COM business pricing status at 50% Off
• Audition for CCN and sign a shared revenue talent contract if accepted. You will no longer pay any fees but will become part of the CCN content talent pool which we will promote and monetize.

CCC                     CONTENT CREATORS CLUB

The Content Creators Club is a community-based program that interviews and takes on applicants to be a part of the support team here at Content Creators Studios. If you have a talent for writing or an interest in cameras, graphics, audio or video editing, social media posting, playing music, rapping, or creating beats, we will help you to improve those skills while you pitch in to help our content clients.

You will get credit for the work you do and as your skills improve, can be invited to level up to the Content Creators Network support crew where you will be compensated to assist using the skills you already learned.

CCC meets every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month from 5pm to 7pm (subject to change depending on projects). The team also comes up with their own projects to produce under the supervision and coaching of CCC staff and may have access to studios, when available, to study on their own.  Some meetings may include outside projects produced by CCC participants.

CCC Membership is $50 annually plus activities costs or materials that may need to be purchased for occasional projects like creating promotional shirts or other products. CCC is open to age 17 and up. Reach out to us to apply.

CCN                     CONTENT CREATORS NETWORK

Membership in CCN is by application and invitation only. CCN TALENT represent our brand the same way that a host on any other media network does. CCN TALENT receives a contract in which we fully produce, distribute, and promote their content as part of a revenue sharing plan.

CCN TALENT membership also includes free assistance in publishing and promoting up to 1 book for every 2 years under contract.

CCN SUPPORT are CCC graduates who applied and were accepted to be part of our compensated production team.
